Responsibilities:
1.Coordinate sales, operation for routine issues, including order entry and forecast maintenance, delivery

advise etc.
2.Communicate with Japan & other offices (in Asia) if necessary.
3. Consolidate & manage business data with daily, weekly & monthly reports;
4.Meeting / Seminar logistic arrangement;
5.Co-ordinate with inter Depts. for administrative and related issues.

Requirements:
1.University degree;
2. 2-3 years related experience in multinational companies;
3.Fluent in spoken & written Japanese;
4.Knowledge in English language preferred;
5.Detail-minded and willing to work hard;
6.Good in computer operation, familiar with Excel, Power Point and Word;
7.ERP/SAP experience is preferred.
