Responsibilities include:

· Owns and drives the flawless execution of campaigns from start to finish across audiences and industries, regional marketing, sales channels or businesses-in direct support of business/marketing goals

· Write and maintain print and sales collateral, including Website

· Delivers and prioritizes MarCom project timelines, processes and workflow to execute on integrated campaigns. Deliverables may include and not limited to: outbound mailers, landing pages, multi-media, media, web pages, tradeshows/events, social media, sales collateral and other components of integrated communications campaigns

· Selects, manages and drives vendor relationships, schedules and project plans to ensure delivery of communications tactics that meet outlined objectives

· Assures programs are delivered on time and according to schedule

· Evaluates deliverables prepared by internal team and external partners and manage the quality assurance reviews with Marketing Managers



Qualifications:

· BSc, or MS degree in communications , advertising, chemical analysis, or life science

· >3 years experience in marketing communications in a scientific instruments or technical industries

· Excellent written [sic] and oral communications skills required

· Design skills and good acquaintance in Graphic Editor (Adobe Photoshop), MS Publisher, Visio and MS Office

· Ability to develop strong relationships with the sales team and press

· Ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines

· Must have outstanding relationship building and communication skills

· Proven track record of excellent/outstanding customer service orientation a must

· Knowledge of Analytical instrument, life sciences highly desirable
