职位描述：
收银员的主要职责是通过在收银区域为顾客提供专业和友善的服务，来达成销售业绩最大化并保证顾客满意度。此外，收银员职责还包括在遵守公司规章制度的前提下，保证和收银相关的操作流程准确且安全。

工作职责:
代表并维护公司形象，主动和顾客介绍我们的品牌和运动理念；
通过在收款过程中向顾客介绍我们的会员卡制度和当季促销活动来为顾客提供最满意的购物体验；
严格执行公司收款和退换货政策，确保现金和收银文件准确安全，保持和财务部，银行及相关第三方的有效沟通；
执行公司的收货，变价，收银区库存比对和陈列要求，为顾客提供干净舒适且便捷的购物环境；
不断提升个人业绩，为顾客提供附加销售以使商店销售业绩最大化。

任职要求:
大专以上学历, 20-30岁的有志青年；
热爱销售，诚信认真，拥有良好的客户服务意识；
乐观开朗，善于与人沟通，注重团队合作；
以结果为导向，乐于学习, 积极上进；
热爱运动,有零售行业/收银岗位从业经验优先考虑。
