职位描述：

Key Tasks:

• Execute investments projects within production,including:making equipment specification,set-up investment budget,making risk assessment,FAT for the investment.
• Implement manufacturing of Alfa Laval products in the Qingdao factory,including:Project planning,budgeting,delivery and follow-up.
• Interacting and/or reporting with/to Steering Committees,stakeholders and line managers,as appropriate.

Competencies:

• Have experience of managing projects or subprojects within operations, e.g. manufacturing site in an international environment.
• Engineering degree on Master level and good technical understanding.
• Familiar with working in stage-gate processes and working with tools for planning and following up.
• 3-5 years of experience from production/manufacturing company.
• Experience from improvement tools,e.g.5S,Six Sigma,Kaizen.

Qualifications & experience:

• Managing projects related to welding optimization is preferred.
• Have the ability to lead teams and interact in a matrix organization with different cultures.
• Have a structured mindset and an ability to communicate on all levels.
• Business oriented and delivery focused.
• Clearly performance oriented.
