Join us as a Lobby Lounge Manager in InterContinential Qingdao. You’ll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills. Because, for this vital role, we’re looking for someone who can be responsible for：

? Manage the lobby lounge which include T-Lounge, Spring Lounge and Big Cake areas' operations of the hotel to ensure the achievement of established beverage quality and guest service quality standards and departmental revenue and profit goals.
? 管理酒店大堂酒廊的运营，这包括茗轩、泉廊和蜜苑的区域。确保已打造的酒水质量和宾客服务质量标准，以及部门收入和利润目标。

? Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.

? Works with Superior in the preparation and management of the outlet’s budget

Ideally, you will have a diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field; at least 4 years related experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; skillful in problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities; leadership Skills.
