职位描述：
1、 从工业工程角度，对新项目中的工位设计进行规划、评审
Design and Review the operation design in new project
2、 标准化作业程序制定：制定及优化作业程序、制定标准工时，制作，优化WI等
Establish and optimize the operation process, standard work verification, design and optimize WI.
3、 从工业工程角度，进行新项目中物料包装、工装设计，制定生产线布置计划
From the view of industrial engineering, design material packaging, fixture and MPL.
4、 分析及优化生产系统：瓶颈分析、设备分析
Analyze and optimize producing system: bottle-neck stations and equipment utilization rate
5、 人员负荷分析：根据产能需求，制定作业计划及人力分配，平衡劳动负荷
Labor force analysis: Based on the capacity requirement, establish work plan and manpower distribution, balance the labor force
6、 负责主导车间的工艺设备验证，维持工艺设备的正常运转，并根据生产过程中的具体情况，改进工艺设备，提升生产效率.
Process engineer is responsible for the process equipment verification, maintaining the normal operation of the process equipment, and according to the specific circumstances of the production process, improving process equipment and production efficiency.
7、 结合生产的工序流转、物料流转，合理设计公司、车间的工艺平面布置图，合理优化生产布局，并负责对生产线进行排布。

8、 新产品试制的跟踪、工艺工装的设计，跟踪新产品从试生产转批量试生产、车间正常生产的整个过程。对产品批量生产的可行性进行把控，完善试制报告和相关的工艺资料。

QUALIFICATIONS资质
1, Bachelor or above for machinery or science and technology or related major.
2, Excellent reading and writing English level, familiar with OFFICE software.
3, the work experience of three years for developing and improving, preferred the automobile industry.
4, be familiar with the Solid works software.
5. be familiar with TS, APQP/PPAP/PFMEA/MSA/SPC.
