Principal Duties & Responsibilities :

1.Responsible for collecting and reporting key warehouse metrics and analyzing performance data;
2.Makes recommendations for process improvements or controls to ensure quality and efficiency of DC operations;
3.Analyzes, documents, and optimizes warehouse product flow and standard operating procedures (receiving, put-away, picking, and packing processes);
4.Evaluates and monitors DC capacity and productivity, seeking to optimize output and cost efficiency;
5.Provides routine end user support for the Warehouse Management System including training, reporting problems, and assisting in issue resolution;
6.Works closely with IT to recommend enhancements, implement and test changes, and introduce new functionality for WMS system and other DC related systems;
7.Participates or provides training for shift leaders, clerks, and operators on standard operating procedures;
8.Works on business cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction, service levels, productivity, and quality.

Preferred Education & Experience:

1.University Degree or higher;
2.Minimum 3-4 years of Warehouse operations experience, preferably with at least two years as a team or shift leader;
3.Experience with cross-functional continuous improvement teams, LEAN projects, or Six Sigma required;
4.Training experience working with groups and standardized processes preferred;
5.Excellent knowledge of warehouse management system functionality (SAP R/3 preferred), Excel and data analysis skills required;
6.Strong team-work skills and attitude;
7.Excellent spoken and written English skill.
