职位描述：
Job Description: Finance Cashier
Process bank accounts opening / closing, updating bank information.
Responsible for cash and bank daily payment and receipt including foreign currency payment and receiving.
Cash Flow Analysis and related reports, including weekly cash flow forecast.
Monthly closing related work and reports.
Skills/Qualifications:
1.Accounting or Finance college degree.
2.Over one year working experience in accounting or finance field.
3.Familiarity with MS Office and ERP, skilled excel user.
4.Good communication skills including written and spoken English. Good team player and ability to interface well with Other
Responsibilities
1.Process bank accounts opening / closing, updating bank information.
2.Timely process various payments including obtaining needed approval and authorization.
3.Responsible for cash and bank daily payment and receipt including foreign currency payment and receiving.
4.Prepare cash and bank journal as well as account reconciliation.
5.Liaison with tax bureau to file tax reports.
6.Cash Flow Analysis and related reports, including weekly cash flow forecast.
7.Monthly closing related work and reports.
8.Cash count in timely, cash management and cheque management to ensure compliance with company policy.
9.Register and update information of intercompany loan in SAFE in timely manner
10.Perform accounts reconciliation on a monthly basis in order to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles
11.Prepare annual inspection of all the company license.
12.Prepare contract report and manage the hardcopy of contract.
13.Other finance related tasks as assigned by management. 举报 分享
