职位要求：
 
Main Tasks:
主要任务
1.Achieve agreed Quality efficiency targets.
达到质量和效率的指标
2.Plan daily work Production Plan
按照生产计划做好每日计划
3.To plan daily duties issue works lists supervise the production personnel to achieve maximum personnel performance.
每日工作计划和成果分析并管控生产员工达到其***成绩
4.To follow up any problems relating to production employee performance, time keeping.
跟进任何有关生产员工绩效的问题，守时
5.To follow up on problems of production machine faults, machine faults which result in quality efficiency problems.
跟进生产机器故障问题，以及机器故障导致的质量和效率问题
6.Direct involvement in the fulfilling of the company’s responsibility in relation to Health & Safety matters.
直接参与并履行车间的健康和安全事务
7.Meet shift supervisor to effect a good hover
良好的交接班
8.Ensure Quality Parameters are complied with in accordance with ISO internal procedures.
确保质量参数与ISO和内部体系一致
9.Ensure procedures are followed for Safety Employee Conduct
确保员工行为和车间各工序操作程序符合生产安全要求。
10.Housekeeping, Timekeeping Absenteeism of staff, in accordance with existing Company Rules.
根据公司相关规定负责车间保洁和员工考勤。
11.Be consistent with the application of disciplinary procedures as when necessary.
必要时协调并提请对违纪员工进行纪律处分
12.Any other ad hoc duties as may be requested time to time.
可随时按要求处理其他任何相关工作职责或任务

任职要求：
1.Better vocational or university school dyeing finishing specialty
大专以上学历，染整专业
2.Grade 4 both reading writing
英语四级，读、写能力较好
3.office using especially for Excel
