Duties & Responsibilities

- Prepare daily summary per client request or PAID

- Tracking sample arrival and follow up communication with submitter if any

- Assistant CS to prepare answer to client like testing status check, sample check.etc.

- Common query answer to clients, Including retailers, vendors and factories. For non-technical

- Instruct client how to apply for testing, fill in the form, prepare the related document and sufficient sample, make special note etc.

- Quotation follow up, understand the need of client, and ensure quotation be sent out in time and follow up query answer

- Testing follow up, work with operation team to confirm basic sample information/document or additional sample sending with submitters . If PAID clarification is concerned , should rise to CS check with global Program Manager.

- Good use BVLAB to run summary for self check and job status control,like General 52

- Testing request form check, to make sure follow PAID or general requirement.If not,follow up with submitter to update

- Pending items push, daily check for all pending items and make sure push answer/update within required time

- Cooperate with operation team to give exact due date of testing to clients, to ensure catch up client’s schedule.

- Cooperate with Invoice team to make sure exact invoice sending/delivery or posting to website.

- Familiar with PAID of each program, understand every step requirement

- Cooperate with operation team to arrange sample return per request or PAID

- Support BD team on discount discussing or payment push

- Other job assigned by N+1

Education & Experience

- Bachelor or above

- With concept of testing area, know the supply chain

    上海欧亚电气技术咨询服务有限公司（BV LCIE），法国独资，主要为国内外客户提供民用电器产品安全，性能以及电磁兼容测试以及验货的专业咨询服务。产品范围包括：家电、电动工具、灯具、太阳能、音频视频、汽车及插头插座开关等。
