职位描述：
Maintain and improve the assembly process with the objective of keeping the production with low cost and high efficiency within product specification and assembly design instruction
1.Policies and Procedures
Develop and monitor the implementation of Design related WI
in order to provide working guidelines and direction for the engineering team.
2.People Management & Development
(i)Allocate and balance the allocation of work across direct reports
(ii) Review and provide timely performance feedback to direct reports (iii) Mentor, Develop and motivate them
(iv) Help resolve people/functional issue in the team in order to achieve targeted unit performance
in order to achieve targeted department performance and retain key talent"
3.Working instruction (WI) and PFMEA
Monitor the WI and PFMEA completed on time
in order to standardize the machine operation or process."
4.Tooling modification
(i) Modify the tooling according to the request of customer or quality improvement or EC or efficiency improvement etc.
(ii) Complete and publish the revised tooling drawing in order to adapt for EC and improvement request"
5.Customer Audit and complaint
 (i) Support ME to complete relatived documents for customer audit
(ii) Support ME to find the root cause and correct action for customer complaint in order to satisfy the customer "
6.New Tooling design and conditioning
 (i) Complete the design and conditioning for assigned new tooling
(ii) Work with process development engineer to completed new tooling conditioning and mass production and tooling improvement in order to meet the project target and schedule.
Requirements:
Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering major, 5 years engineering design related working experience;
