Primary Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned:
主要职责及其他工作内容如下：
? Recognize revenue in AX, handle the CR or DR from customers; book the bank collection from customers in AX and clear AR against customers' payment
? 在AX系统中确认收入，处理客户credit note 或 debit note；在AX 系统中做收款凭证及清理客户应收账款
? Perform periodical reconciliation with customers on AR balance
? 定期和客户核对应收账款余额
? Perform AR closing activities in order to ensure that financial closing is completed in an accurate and timely manner
? 准确及时完成应收账款相关的月结工作
? Prepare AR related reports and analysis within the required schedule
? 根据要求日期制作应收账款相关的报表和分析
? Prepare accounting entries and corresponding vouchers according to related accounting policies; bind and file AR and GL voucher.
? 相关凭证的制作及录入工作, 装订保管应收及总账凭证
? Issue VAT invoice to customer; VAT invoice management including VAT invoice purchasing, binding and filing
? 开具增值税发票，增值税发票的购买，装订和保管

Education and/or Experience:
教育背景/工作经历：
? Bachelor's Degree or above in accounting
? 会计学本科以上学历
? More than 2 years related experience in a global environment with a mid-sized company (preferably automotive sector).
? 2年以上外企工作经验（汽车行业优先）
? Proficient in MS Office, familiar with ERP accounting module as a functional end user
? 熟练操作MS Office, 熟悉ERP
? Knowledge and experience of PRC GAAP and IFRS
