职位描述：
Job Responsibilities: A.) Lead a small team of individual contributors and be responsible for NA C&I support to increase sales of Wuxi product into NA. Leadership to include hiring, promotion and disciplinary action recommendations, as well as performance evaluation and feedback for direct reports.
B.) Organize and manage the Wuxi NA support team to meet or exceed the C&I NA team’s annual sales target for ANEMA (above NEMA) Wuxi product.
C.) 1st Priority: Develop build up (made to order) motor product offerings – per customer specifications - while maintaining the Wuxi base design, manufacturing and quality standards. This development to include Wuxi manufacturing documentation as well as NA documentation (BOM structure, front page & drawings) for order tracking and sale of product.
D.) 2nd Priority: Support the Wuxi engineering team on projects that directly affect C&I NA new product development.
For seamless transfer of information, support the transfer of NA documentation processes, including Oracle, Solid Works, OTIS (On-line Technical Information System), NMR (New Model Release), DCR, and ECR.
E.) Work with other Wuxi departments to resolve NA C&I product quality problems for both customer and Wuxi production team. Increase the team's problem solving capability.
F.) Work with the Wuxi agency engineer to obtain (where required) Wuxi product agency certifications to meet the NA sales / customer requirement.
G.) Develop the team to understand the Wuxi product offering and NA customer request to perform the customer specification reviews prior to Wuxi quoting the product (This will take some time but needs to be in place within one year of establishing the team).
Minimum Qualifications:
A.) BSEE or BSME Bachelor degree or above
B.) 5 years Industrial motor design experience，
C.) Communication: Strong communication & interpersonal skills to work with multi-functional & multi-cultural teams. Proficient in Mandarin and English
D.) Skilled in software including motor design software and office software
E.) Good problem solving skills:

Desired Qualifications:
A.) Familiar with ANEMA motor standards, application and design,
B.) Six sigma - Green Belt or DFLSS trained/certified
C.) Experienced in working with NA Business and engineering teams
