职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、根据国际部的年度招生计划，制定国际部年度市场招生活动方案。
2、负责国际部年度市场活动预算的汇总及制作，并带领市场招生团队完成年度市场招生任务。
3、负责本部门各员工的工作分配，建立、完善本部门内部工作流程，确保招生活动及日常咨询的顺利进行。
4、负责外部媒体（包括本地及外省市）的联络及广告期的安排。
5、负责市场招生活动的策划、组织及实施。
6、负责员工的培训、指导、监督和考评。
7、负责日常宣传资料及广告稿的撰写及终审。
8、负责日常广告内容的审报及外部关系处理。
9、负责新渠道的拓展及开发。
10、负责竞争对手的信息的收集及整理，并提供年度市场招生分析报告。
11、确定网格整体推广方案，负责各项目网络宣传计划的审批，实施和监督。
12、协助教学部门完成学生的沟通，联系及稳生工作。
13、协助学生申请服务部门完成相关咨询工作。

岗位要求：
1、较强的活动策划及组织能力；
2、良好的人际沟通和市场开发能力；
3、良好的执行力，时间管理和任务管理能力。
