职位描述：
？ Creation/Issue of B/L and invoices.
？ Input & update data into operation system of company.
？ Transmission of draft copy of documents to clients for confirmation.
？ Printing of original documents.
？ Filing of relevant documents.
？ B/L telex release arrangement.
？ Send all the pre-alert documents to overseas partners.
？ Paper work creating, checking, distribution to the right parties.
？ Coordinate & support operation/customer service daily work.
？ Coordinate with accounting on ocean freight settlement for documents/cargo releasing.
？ Customs declaration documents filing, tracing & returning.
Requirement:
？ College graduate with major in international trade preferable.
？ Computer proficiency and knowledge of software like outlook/excel/word.
？ Fluent in written & spoken English, CET4 or above preferable.
？ 1 year related working experience in shipping industry preferable.
？ Pleasant personality, customer-oriented, team-working with good communication skill. 举报 分享
