岗位职责：
1.根据仓储物流部工作目标、计划，负责本部门全面管理工作，带领部门属员完成部门工作任务；
2.统筹规划仓储物流部的各项工作，明确各岗位工作目标，组织开展本部门工作；
3. 负责制定本部门管理流程、作业标准、规章制度并监督执行，责任落实到人；
4. 负责对本部门属员的工作指导、培训、考勤管理、绩效考核、检核部门属员工作完成情况及作业品质；
5. 了解物流物行业最新信息，并收集、分析各物流合作商优劣势，推荐优秀物流供应商，合理有效控制物流成本；
6. 组织定期盘点库存，配合相关部门对库存的抽检工作，确保库存数量准确，账物相符；
7. 对库存废旧物资提出处理意见；
8. 对仓储物流部各类报表进行审核，上报公司相关部门；对本部门各类转单的存档进行监督检查。
任职资格：
1. 五年以上同岗位工作经验；
3. 具有极强的责任感、敬业精神、团队协作精神；
4. 良好的沟通能力、执行力、组织协调能力，工作积极主动；
5. 熟练操作办公软件及仓储系统软件；
6. 身体健康，能承受较大的工作压力。
