Job Title: Compliance Supervisor
Position Request:
1. Honest and reliable, strong sense of work responsibility;
2. Minimum 2 years working experiences in social compliance field;
3. Good knowledge of lab testing and analytical experience
4. Excellent command of written and spoken English especially for production & compliance;
5. Good communication skill;
6. Strong team work spirit and have the flexibility for daily work
7. Ability to write and implement process with team of auditors
8. Collaboration with vendors and customers to elaborate Corrective Action Plan in factories
9. Good reputation in the industry; High sense of integrity is a must
10. Good knowledge of Ethical/ Chinese law. Wages, hours of working, OT, etc.
11. Willing to travel frequently.
Job Responsibility:
1.Review audit request from division;
2. Review RSL policy from division and ensure follow-up amongst suppliers and colleagues
3.Coordinate and move on audit process and follow up;
4.Test reporting
5. Deal with various enquiries and progress via emails, phone calls etc.;
6. Close audit process;
7. Maintain factory data in system;
8. Follow up the audit CAP;
9. Perform other duties as assigned by Management;
10. Familiar with the operation of factory of consumer production.
