职位描述：

Job Description

1、Coordinate internal and external team to lead product development process from concept to production. Provide engineering support and technical assistance to both internal and external customers. Assist in resolving multiple complex engineering problems simultaneously in a multiple team environment.

2、Interact with Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, Sourcing, and suppliers to meet product specifications and needs of the customer in the development of new, reliable, cost effective products for the market.

3、Deal with customer complaint. Follow and track all corrective action requests, ensure the implementation and review the result.

4、Assists supplier development of procedures, evaluation of quality systems and recommends changes to specifications.

5、Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirement

1、B.S. Degree in Engineering

2、5+ years working experience with engineering, matrology technology or project management background. Measuring instruments industry experience is preferred. Sales or Marketing experience is plus.

3、Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

4、Ability to effectively work with team members from different culture/countries.

5、Flexibility to handle multiple priorities to meet schedules.

6、Strong problem solving skills.
