Main Job Responsibilities:
- Develop Seal business profitably and achieve assigned sales goals through distribution channels
- Build up a winning team to provide and facilitate support to distributors, measure and guide channel’s activities on the market places
- Define and focus on key market applications for breakthrough, introduce new technologies and products to distributors for continuous market penetration
- Regular reports and recommendation on competitive situation, project pipeline, market segmentation, unmet needs and potential, SWOT analysis

Qualification Requirements:
- Solid performer with 'can do' attitude
- Strong leadership and influential skills
- At least 5 years sales management experience in fluid power or related industries
- University degree
- Good communication skills in Mandarin and English
