职位描述：
1.Quality management system promotion
?Tracking quality system running effectively
?Provide training and best practice sharing in plant level with the system
?Collect feedback from other department and update the system/SOP if necessary
2.Customermanagement
?Keep communicating with customer and collect customer’s feedback and set up corrective action plan
?Coordinate customer audit and efforts in rating / score improvement YOY
?Tracking quality related action and ensure on time close
3. Internal quality control
?Support QA manager in inspection planning based on discuss with related department.
?Provide quality report on time to related team and tracking for production quality improvement
?Identify potential quality risk and support QA manager with prevention planning
4、Quality Reporting & information sharing
?Daily quality share, monthly report and other data analysis as required
?Periodically customer feedback and action plan sharing
?Quality trends/potential risk sharing with management team
5.External audit
?Coordinate for ISO/VDA audit
?Tracking for all the audit opening issues and ensure on time correction
?Provide audit related training to all level employee in CCJN
6. Safety management
?Identify potential safety risk and make improvement
?Support QA manager in JSA and provide suggestions towards safety
7、Other tasks
?SAP maintenance, AR etc
Position Requirements：
?Knowledge of ISO/TS16949 quality management system; good coordination ability
?Familiar with VDA6.3 system, especially about new product development process and SPC/MSA/FMEA/PPAP/APQPQ
?known about Carbon Black analysis
?Skilled Office software operation
?Fluent English, reading, writing and speaking
?Bachelor or equivalent degree, or above( Science or Engineering related)
?At least 2years working experience; familiar with processing technique
