职位描述：
SCOPE AND IMPACT OF POSITION ON THE ORGANIZATION:
? Covering Application Engineering requirements throughout product introduction until Start of Production
? Covering technical support to Trailer/Axle manufacturers production line & Engineering Departments
? Covering technical supporting activities at vehicles in service to ensure best product performance
? Working closely with Trailer/Axle Manufacturers Sales Teams to promote at Fleet level
? Supporting Sales Teams to identify the requirements of the Market, maintaining and steady developing the position of WABCO by increasing our Share of Market.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Customer －Trailer OE, Axle Manufacturers, Fleets, Dealers
? Application Engineering – coordinate, implementing installation process and Sign Off
? Technical Service － Technical training, New product introduction, Documentation
? Guiding Application Engineering projects to ensure WABCO specifications & Standards are maintained
? Project support (Bill of Material, Drawings and Specifications)
? Product/Systems training, diagnosis & trouble shooting
? Provide support for prototype building & testing
? Offering technical service to customer’s production line, handling of 0km claims & escalations
? Field claim handling
? Technical support to Sales team
? Product documentation and translation maintenance
? Maintain close contact to WABCO Product Development Teams to ensure his personal skills development, regular updating technical & product knowledge
? Support Sales team with monthly sales FC, Quotation & Negotiation as needed
? Qualify technical related matters, supporting internal Sales Desk/Support with incoming orders

EXPERIENCE:
? Technical background in Application Engineering

PROFILE:
? Technical education (Mechanical Engineering Degree or other technical trade related studies)
? Responsible and able to work independently
? Target orientated
? Prioritizes the customer’s needs before others, ensure customer’s satisfaction at a Premier Customer Service level
? High Mechanical aptitude
? Able to communicate with the customers at different levels of the industry, i.e. workshop, floor shop, production line, Engineering and Manager level
? Problem solver and able to work hands on
? Able to communicate in English, Chinese Mandarin
? Enjoy business travel and respectful of different cultures
? Trustworthy
? Team Player
? PC literacy

METRICS:
? Sales revenue/MOP/SoM/VpV
