服务工程师

任职要求：
1. 大专及以上 学历，具备机电、控制以及机械等领域的相关经验，善于从事技术背景较强的工作。
2. 在食品工业等相关行业实习过为佳。
3. 具有基本的英语听说读写能力，较强的计算机网络水平，善于沟通，勤于动脑、动手。
4. 具有独立工作的能力，能够在生产车间等较恶劣工作环境工作，能够适应出差生活

Major Functions:

The Service Engineers reports to Office Supervisor on daily activities. Responsible for office maintenance, stock and service center equipment, demo machines and parts inventory, warehouse and related activities. Assist Sales on trials performing in test lab/customer's plant. Good interpersonal skills for dealing with customers and company's personnel.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

In-charge of office units' maintenance.

Provide technical assistance and recommendation to customers' enquiry.

To make travel plan to visit customers regularly, each customer has to be visited at least once a year or for those rural area customer, once every two year.

To visit customer factory to inspect & hand-on with machines and report its conditions and recommendation. To report to Company if competitors' equipment is present in customer's factory.

Write service report for each customer visit, weekly reports & plans and update in Citirx system.

Responsible for keeping workshop, warehouse and repair area clean and tidy. Includes procurement of supplies, maintenance and operation of machines.

Ensure proper packing and shipment of local parts sales.

Maintains in good condition all service tools and equipment

Orders, maintains, proper storage and labeling of parts inventory.

Monitoring, retrieving and return of t-loan parts between customers, regional offices and UAP.

Procurement of supplies, maintenance and operation of machines, preparation of product & samples. Preparation of lab reports.
