1.Draft and review contracts, agreements and other legal documents in investment & construction

2.Provide advice on investment & construction
就投资和工程法律事项提供咨询
3.Identify areas in investment & construction for which templates are required and draft templates
就投资和工程事项确认需要何种标准合同并且起草标准合同
4.Identify risk areas in investment & construction and provide/organize training for local team
确认投资和工程方面的法律风险并且对地方团队进行培训
5.Manage local legal counsel

职位要求：
1.At least 3 years experience in a real estate company
至少三年房地产公司工作经验
2.Hold a bar in P.R. China
持有司法执业资格证书
3.Good understanding of real estate and corporate laws in China
熟悉房地产法和公司法
4.Excellent command of and proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
熟练掌握书面/口头英语和中文
