1. Ensure clear and sharp process on ticket system
(1).Define the process with global platform governance and keep continuous optimization
(2).Introduce the process to organization where has connection with
(3).Ensure the process implementation / execution in organization
(4).Ensure the documentation of tickets follow the defined requirements
2. Drive cost reduction program
(1).Define SMART target base on global PE target and monitor
(2).Select high runner as reference type to have COGS break down
(3).Collect all potentials from key players – technology, sourcing, Q, process. Workshop is recommended
(4).Make Pareto on all potentials and make scoping in sequence
(5).Release ticket and follow up execution
3. Drive platform complexity reduction (compressor and component variants)
(1).Delete no sales variants yearly
(2).Define phase out strategy of low runners and execution yearly
(3).Substitution of equal products (phase out old products where new ones existing)
(4).Standardization of components inside platforms (PMT or input for new projects) or cross platform
(5).Standardization of compressors inside platform and cross platform
4. Administration of PMC meetings
(1).Organize and facilitate PMC meeting
(2).Make MOM and follow up
5. New tickets scoping
(1).Identify ticket is small tasks or project and feedback ticket owner
(2).If it’s project, scoping it within 2 weeks counting from receiving
(3).Collect input from cross functions on technical solution, business benefit, Q impact, COGS change, investment, project cost and lead time
(4).Make presentation for PMC meeting
6. Lead projects, means New Variant Developments or product modification tickets
7. Utilize resource of Technology and cross function to achieve platform target
8. Strong cooperation with application and sales
9. Interface to all Secop functions concerning all issues related to each platform
10. Other tasks assigned by need
职位要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above in technical and economic related
2. Min. 5 years relevant working experience in engineering area.
3. Project management experience
4. Have holistic view. Organized and structured. Analytical thinking. Good communication skills. Sense of urgency
5. Show initiative, work systematically and goal-oriented. Are capable of working independently and in teams
6. Open mind and straightforward
7. Good at work in international team. Good English skill in speak, read and write.

This business was started in Germany in todays headquarter back in 1956 and has now grown to a 400 million Euro business with 3 additional manufacturing plants, two in Europe and one in Wuqing, China. The factory in Wuqing occupies 33000m2.
