Position Summary 职位概述

· Responsible for the web fed product localization and technical support, continuously improve the degree of localization and cost reduce, increase the product quality.

· Using industrial engineering methods, tools, support the implementation of lean production.

Main Responsibilities 主要职责

· Making the local manufacture requirements and quality standard.

· Analysis of the product quality problem, continuously carry on the quality improvement and prevention measurement, support to improve the products quality.

· Analysis of the parts cost, promote the product cost reduction actions.

· Provide the field technical support for the production, quality, service departments and supplier.

· Making the production line layout, making/optimizing the production process, making the assembly work instruction and check list, design the related jigs, tools, standard labor hours audit.

· Send out the ECO (engineering change order) with the management instruction base on the R&D OM

· .Provide the related datasheets for the import parts.

Functional skills 专业技能:

• Very solid understanding of how to structure a product for assembly and/or for configuration (BOM, routing): MUST
• Process driven: MUST
• Good understanding of assembly techniques, assembly line layout and metal machining
• Understanding of lean principles
• Understanding of cost drivers; drove/actively participated in cost reduction projects
• ERP / SAP literate: strongly desired
• CAD/CAO literate

Personal skills 个人技能:

• Team player: Must
• Fluent in English (verbal and written): Medium.
• Experience working with different cultures (EU, Asia, LAM): Priority
• Experience with global companies or global organizations: Priority

Education and Experience 教育背景及工作经历 :

• Mechanical bachelor degree or equivalent in technical field + industrial experience
• Minimum 3 years work experience
