职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 根据市场部的年度计划，协助市场总监进行目标市场的开拓与维护工作，参与策划、具体实施，及时反馈市场的宣传活动，达到相应的市场宣传效果；
2. 负责市场部具体事务性工作，与学校、合作渠道等进行对接和沟通，进行招生和业务推广工作；
3. 协助市场总监进行市场推广管理及宣传效果监控，包括线上及线下推广宣传，提高公司品牌知名度及树立良好口碑；
4. 多方了解、深度挖掘市场及渠道信息，并对渠道信息及数据进行分析并优化利用，及时反馈市场信息，把控渠道市场动态，并协助市场总监及时制定市场营销策略及推广实施方案；
5. 其它市场部工作的协助和配合；

任职要求：
1. 30周岁以下，本科及以上学历，市场营销专业优先考虑；
2. 英语水平良好，具有良好的组织、沟通协调能力、富有挑战和创新精神，有市场推广工作经验优先考虑；
3. 熟练使用办公软件, 具备良好的创新思维和敏锐的市场洞察力，具备较强的逻辑思维能力和谈判能力；
4. 具备良好的沟通与协调能力，团队意识强，能够快速准确的将工作执行到位，执行力和抗压能力较强；
