职位描述：
Job Objective of the function:

? Responsible for all activities of the Supply Chain including purchasing, logistics, warehouse, inventory management, manufacturing service desk, demand planning, production planning, administration (customs, reporting, contracts)
? Ensure compliance with quality management systems and customer technical standards
? Responsible for continuous improvement in Supply Chain using the typical tools, developing new strategies and improve processes
? Has the right organization in place and develops, leads and motivates the entire team

Job Main responsibilities:

? Ensure maximum stock availability from production whilst keeping lowest possible inventory
? Coordination, organization and optimization of all goods inventory and goods movements within the warehouses
? Optimization of logistic process (Inbound/Outbound) to guarantee adherence of delivery times at best overall logistic costs
? Maintaining and optimizing the availability and inventory of material, on-time delivery, process costs as well as supply chain planning and production control
? Set supply chain targets. Implement, manage and improve processes required to achieve targets (KPIs)
? Identify and implement initiatives to reduce the overall supply chain cost base and improve supply chain performance.
? Obtaining quotes for transportation, perform regular tenders and document cost comparisons
? Close cooperation with Global Procurement to optimize existing structures and maximize potentials in local purchasing
? Guarantee full compliance with internal rules, policies, procedures for all items & services being purchased
? Analyze and optimize the cost structure and supplier base for indirect spend
? Deliver cost savings, cost avoidance and cash-flow improvements in all areas of the Supply Chain
? Communicate needs and objectives to all relevant local and global stakeholders
? Manage and develop the entire Supply Chain Team

Job Qualification :

? At least 6 years of experience working in the area of Logistics, SCM and Lean Management
? Deep knowledge in handling supply chain-, logistics-, planning- and production processes
? Experience in implementing Lean Management, Continuous Improvement Processes
? High internal and external customer orientation and communication skills
? Strong analytical thinking, organizational and negotiation skills
? Ability and willingness to convince and implement changes
? Experience in SAP R3 Materials Management
? Leadership experience
? Ability to act in complex matrix structures
