职位描述：
主要职责：

1，零售店铺项目执行及跟进。
（1）零售店铺装修项目的测量、出图及报价进度的跟进；
（2）零售店铺柜台图纸、道具及灯片画面数据统计及整理；
（3）零售店铺柜台维修安排及维修进度跟进
2，路演项目
（1）路演项目信息收集以及执行期间的跟进
（2）路演道具管理，包括维修维护及数据统计
（3）收集及整理竞品信息、柜台照片以及活动照片等
3，付款跟进
（1）整理和统计项目的报价
（2）完成每周与供应商的对账及付款
（3）按时更新付款记录及信息，跟进供应商开发票等事宜
4，完成工程项目经理安排的其他工作

任职要求：

1，本科以上，3~5年相关工作经验。
2，熟练应用Office软件，有设计相关背景更加
3，英文良好，能阅读及书写英文邮件
4，理解能力强，表达能力好，乐于学习
5，审美好，承压能力强

Key responsibilities:

1, Retail store construction projects execution and follow up.
(1)Follow up retail projects on measurement arrangement, drawings and quotation.
(2)Collect retail projects’ drawings and keep a good record of counter data including props, .
(3)Maintenance arrangement and follow up.
2, Roadshow
(1)Roadshow information gathering and execution follow up.
(2)Roadshow furniture management including maintenance and data record.
(3)Gather competitors’ roadshow information.
3, Payment.
(1)Collect and summarize quotation.
(2)Complete weekly reconciliation and payment with suppliers.
(3)Update payment tracking form on time, follow up the suppliers to offer invoice.
4, Finish other jobs arranged by retail construction project manager. 举报 分享
