Job Description & Responsibilities

·Support managers on project-managing M&A transactions;
·Assist in preparing pitch documents such as proposals, teasers and information memorandum;
·Conduct market research;
·Compile financial models and provide valuation analysis;
·Work in conjunction with various professional advisors, including lawyers, to facilitate the preparation of Letters of Intent, terms sheets and Sale and Purchase Agreements etc;
·Perform financial analysis and review on client companies;
Participate in meetings among clients, counterparts and various professionals and provide support to the client in the negotiations.

Requirements
·Three to five years' relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, financial and management consulting, private equity, venture capital or in-house M&A activities;
·Big Four accounting firm, international law firm or equivalent background preferred;
·A degree in economics/accounting/business/finance from a top-tier university. MBA preferred;
·Hands-on in unravelling commercial complexities;
·Good business sense and commercial awareness;
·Self motivated and able to work under pressure;
·Willing to travel a must; and
·Proficient in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
