职位描述：
岗位职责

1、负责组织新技术、新产品的研发、引进、应用等工作；

2、负责公司的技术把关、管理及研发工作；

3、负责组织协调工程设计中出现的各方关系；

4、协调技术部对外的一切事宜；

5、协助技术总监制定完善公司产品、施工技术规范。



任职资格

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、机械及相关专业；

2、三年以上技术团队协同开发经验，能良好把握项目进度控制，保障按时完成开发计划并保证工作质量；

3、具有高度责任心，具有优秀的应急响应能力和解决问题的能力；

4、掌握计算机基本知识，熟练使用相关办公软件和画图工具（AUTOCAD等）；

5、为人诚信，有责任心，工作主动积极；

6、能承当工作压力，良好的团队精神及人际关系；

7、具有优秀的自主学习能力，自我管理能力，愿意面对高压力高强度工作。

8、非标自动化机械经验五年以上；
