职位描述：
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead the Quality Team to achieve business objectives, manage incoming inspection(SQE, IQC)，process quality control, final/finish goods quality control, Control all in-process and out-going product quality and quality control on customer side and aftermarket service.
2. Track supplier performance & provide monthly report on each supplier’s performance.
3. Develop and improve quality systems, reduce warranty, reduce scrap, & improve first time/first batch pass yield.
4. Provide leadership to manage/resolve quality and delivery problems, gathering data, analyzing root cause, creating 8D reports, etc. and implementing corrective action to reduce or eliminate non-value waste.
5. Set up, implement and maintain quality management system according to TS16949 standard and responsible for the annual TS16949 audit.
6. Coordinate external or internal audit, organizing internal process, product and customers audit as well as ensure the effectiveness of corrective actions.
7. Participate in project management of APQP, Control Plan and PFMEA analysis and provide PPAP as requested by customers.
8. Apply statistical analysis for continuous production process improvement.
9. Measure and monitor customer satisfaction and customer complain
10. Formulate, implement and evaluate quality strategic programs as well as identify problems affecting quality.
11. Ensures all works are carried out in good conditions respecting company standards and applicable norms & legislation.
12. Review the quality target regularly with the management team and insure that the targets are on track.
13. Other tasks assigned by superior.
Manufacturing Engineering Function
1. Develop standard process for new material application in the product, and drive significant investment reduction through VE activities;
2. Lead new business quotation on manufacturing function;
3. Develop Bill of Equipment and tooling;
4. Transfer new technical knowledge to the plant support group upon successful completing start up activities;
5. Lead process definition, machine selection and flawless launch for new project;
6. Lead and monitor process parameters management;
7. Lead equipment and tooling maintenance, repairing and TPM;
8. Manage and improve equipment utilization;
9. Lead and monitor equipment capacity plan;
10. Lead and monitor machine spare parts management;
11. Lead to solve the equipment problem and system optimization;
12. Lead lessons learnt and best practice in Process Engineering to achieve continuous improvement;
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in science or engineering background.
-At least 8 years working experience in manufacturing and 3 years in a managing level. Automotive background experience is preferred
- Possess Quality tools skill and experience (FMEA, SPC, PPAP, APQP, and MSA etc.)
- Knowledge in ISO 9000 / TS 16949, Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma experience is a plus.
- PC Skills: MS Office: Word, Excel (with charting knowledge), Access, PowerPoint, Statistical SW knowledge.
- Process control experience, familiar with manufacturing operation management flow.
- Good oral and written English.
- Good team management experience.
- Can start work immediately will be an advantage.
