Principal Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily accounting activities, including Journals & Ledgers, tax returns, government filings, year-end closing, annual audit, etc. to ensure effective and reliable accounting operations. Create and standardize accounting policies & procedures in compliance with accounting standards, company requirements and government regulations. Ensure accounting activities meet ISO requirements.
2. Research & study national and local policy/regulations and develop & analyze financial reports based on the results to support management in making business decisions.
3. Develop and retain a high performing Accounting team by recruiting, coaching, motivating and engaging direct reports, conducting performance conversations and evaluations effectively.
4. Provide various accounting related reports & consultancy services to other departments in a timely and accurate manner.

任职资格:

Minimum Requirements:
1. Minimum 10 years experience in accounting and at least 2 years in management role. Experience in foreign company with English as the working language is preferred.
2. Bachelor degree or above majored in Finance or Accounting.
3. Expert knowledge and professional application of tax and financial statement compliance.
4. Strong analytical skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks/priorities.
6. Excellent people management and communication skills.
7. Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel.
8. Good English skills, both verbal and written.
9. Certificate of Accountancy, CPA, AICPA, ACCA or other international Accounting license preferred.
