1.在总裁的宏观指导和充分授权下，对内建设管理团队，并带领团队对外宣传公司产品和理念，开发培养客户群。
2.建立，管理团队，能和团队成员进行良好的沟通，设定团队月度，季度，年度销售目标，并带领团队完成销售目标。
应聘者要求：
1.男女不限，大专以上学历，年龄24-30岁。
2.具备极佳的沟通协调能力和亲和力，维持团队良好运营，培养忠实客户。
3.有责任心。有长期同公司共同发展的愿望（在公司提供不断改善的良好待遇下，能同公司签订5年以上合作协议。没有意愿长远合作或者想找短期工作者勿扰）
4.有驾照，可以出差。

1.试用期2个月，转正后底薪+提成。
