职位描述：
Job Responsibility:
It is expected that the role involves collecting, processing and submitting data for the proper approval of the parts.
The Quality process’ comprise of, but are not limited to:
1) Establish strategic relationships with top quality management officials of all key suppliers. Perform supplier capability assessments leading to preferred supplier certifications, driving true supplier partnerships.
2) Perform technical investigation of defective materials. Work with suppliers to resolve defective material issues, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
3) Provide appropriate leadership in the use and application of statistical techniques for problem prevention and solving.
4) Disposition of supplier deviation change requests. Coordinate supplier continuous improvement programs.
5) New supplier development and quality assurance. Initiate and supervise APQP and PPAP related procedures with suppliers. Ensure that supplier meets the quality and delivery constraint during product lunch. Approve supplier PPAP document submissions as well as sample submits for finish approval.
6) Support the temporary task assignment by quality manager.

The role will comprise of daily interaction with procurement engineers, line supervisors, production engineers and process quality engineers.
There will also be some interaction with Engineers in New Zealand
It is expected that problem solving techniques will be conducted with other stakeholders to improve plant performance. These will be self realised opportunities as well as assigned tasks

Qualifications:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering field
Proven success in a similar role in a high volume, highly automated, multinational manufacturing facility of no less than 3 years service
Processing data for PPAP approvals and Quality systems
Working in a plastic moulding environment desired and knowledge of metal stamping process 举报 分享
