Main Responsibility:

1. Treasury plan
a) Well plan cash and bank payment
b) Keep payment on time

2. Petty cash management
a) Preparation of cash daily
b) Specification of petty cash
c) Reconciliation of petty cash; physical and Movex
d) Documentation of cash advances
e) Print out of petty cash account balance movex wise every month end

3. Bank payment
a) Preparation of cheque and T/T payment
b) E-bank payment proposal and maintainance

4. E-bank system
a) Good at e-bank system operation
b) Handle process/documentation related e-bank system

5. Security
a) Securely keep the password of the safety box

6. Efficiency and cost control
a) Pro-actively improve and control cash payment
b) Pro-actively involved in payment proposal set up
c) Pro-actively involved in E-bank system set up
d) Ensure good cooperation in fund management with banks
e) Ensure proper and safe payment arrangement and low down financial cost
