职位描述：
Main Purpose of the Role：
To ensure the motors meet the internal and external specifications
Lead Factory Quality activities to enable the timely delivery of products that meet internal design specifications whilst complying with National and International standards and regulations

Scope of the Role：
It is expected that the role involves collecting, processing and submitting data for the proper approval of the parts and establish the controls to capture and contain NCP

The Quality process’ comprise of, but are not limited to:
? Ensure that existing standards are complied with for new or existing products or processes.
? Recognise gaps in existing QA practice and collaboratively close them.
? Drive Six sigma improvement projects
? Develop and maintain Control Plans and PFMEAs
? PPAP Submission, Review and follow up.
? Assist in continually developing Advanced Product Quality Planning tools.
? Document Control (CTQ and Calibration records)
? Coordinate the process for material disposals and non conforming product and material.
? Use a CMM (Coordinate Measurement Machine) to get data and develop programs.

The role will comprise of daily interaction with line operators, maintenance technicians, line supervisors and production engineers

There will also be some interaction with Engineers in New Zealand
It is expected that problem solving techniques will be conducted with other stakeholders to improve plant performance. These will be self realised opportunities as well as assigned tasks


Experience：
Proven success in a similar role in a high volume, highly automated, multinational manufacturing facility of no less than 3 years service

Processing data for PPAP approvals and Quality systems

Working in a plastic moulding environment desired and knowledge of metal stamping process

? Bi-lingual in English. Both spoken and written
? CMM programming
? Follow APQP standards
? Mini tab (software to process data)
? LEAN Thinking
