职位描述：

Responsibilities:？

1.Produce design schemes for major assemblies from initial designs and feasibility studies that may be used by other for detail design.

2.Prepare designs for products /components in line with the quality control system.

3.Responsible for creation of manufacturing drawings and data that comply with specification and required standards.

4.Ensure designs are functional, fit for purpose and satisfy the relevant design criteria.

5.Perform relevant basic calculations in support of design objectives.

6.Ensure that design methods and design solutions used are cost effective and can be manufactured efficiently.

7.Progress work as an integrated part of the project team, to ensure completion to agreed time scales.

8.Select appropriate current department instructions and standards and ensure these are applied to design schemes.

9.Be an active member of the team, contributing to the well running of the project in meeting schedule for assigned activities.

10.Raise operational problems as necessary with supervisor to ensure they are resolved with minimal loss of time.

11.Develop advanced understanding of manufacturing methods and processes and ensure these are relates to design actions.

12.Act on feedback from manufacturing to ensure this is related to the enhancement of documentation within the design office.

13.Define detail design and negotiate requirements with other technical groups working on or interfacing with specific design.

Requirements:

1.Have a qualification in a relevant engineering discipline on pipe/base frame/coupling/systemization/hydraulic mechanical etc with a minimum of 2 years.

2.Have successful performance in a design environment.

3.Confident grasp of fundamental design matters indicate by speed, accuracy and quality of work.

4.Displays ability to carry out standards tasks correctly, without needing to seek assistance. Have full work cycle experience.

5.Self-confidence. Suggests improved approaches at the detailed level.

6.Allocated work performed to time and quality standards, without supervision.

7.Acquires and applies specialist knowledge in practical situations.

8.Indentifies the cause of problems and proposes and applies suitable and effective solutions. 9.Self confident in knowledge but understands the limits if own knowledge and when to seek guidance.

10.Competence in the use of an automated design package.

11.Using 2D (AutoCAD), 3D (Inventor /CATIA) and soild-modeling techniques.
