Responsibilities:
- Complaints Management
Monitor and gather complaints from stores and warehouse
Invest and Analysis discrepancies
Coordinate and Communicate with related parties to handle claims
Perform Credit/Debit notes or Claim insurance
Follow up system adjustments with related parties
-Inventory Reconciliation
Work with Inventory controller and IS team on regular basis on inventory reconciliation among different systems Investigate and Analysis discrepancies
Validation of correction process
Follow up system adjustments with related parties
-Head office Order Management
Validate head office orders, include Merchandise and Non-Merchandise orders
Coordinate and Communicate shipments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Detailed, patient and attentative
- Good analytical skills and proficent in Excel
- Knowledge in IS is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English
