JOB DESCRIPTION 工作描述
                                                                      
1. Involved in new product sample making, work with design team to generate schedule and tracking of sample making. Develop PC Windows test software to test electronic control at control PCBA supplier, motor and control at KMM. Provide on going test engineering support to product testing in production.
       参与产品样品制作，与研发人员一起制定计划并跟踪制作进度。能独立完成上位机PC软件的开发，满足PCBA代工厂及本工厂的电控测试要求。能为产品生产提供程序的技术支持。
2. Interface with internal and external in brain-storming sessions on testability of a product.
       对新产品测试进行内部和外部头脑风暴。
       Propose test method, test system configuration and test equipment required of a product designed by China or US design team. Generate detailed test specification, test plan and schedule for product verification/validation test and reliability test. 提出自己的测试方法，测试思路及所需的耗材。独立完成产品验证测试和可靠性测试所需的规格书，测试计划。
3. Participate in functional, performance and Black Box testing of software. Define software test method to carry out the software tests mentioned, document and record the test result. Develop fixture and test software to automate the software test.
       参与软件方面的功能测试，性能测试和黑盒测试。可独立定义软件测试方法并存档。设计工装和测试软件实现自动测试。
4. Lead technicians to complete product qualification tests of electronic control, a complete assembly electronic control integrate with motor. Define process to carry out the tests, document and record the test result. Analyzing issues occur in qualification tests.
      带领测试员完成控制器的验证测试。寻找测试所需的方法并能很好的保存测试数据。对验证测试发现的问题能独立分析。
5. To support reliability tests for China and North America projects. Work with relevant engineers to develop test requirements and specifications. Design accessories board and develop software to run application tests, life tests and product life cycle tests (PLC).
支持中国和北美的项目，与相应的工程师一起定义测试所需的要求和规格。可以设计软件完成Application Test和寿命测试。
                        

REQUIREMENTS 要求
                                   
Education & qualification 教育和资历
Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics or Automation Engineering. 本科学历，专业为电气工程，电力电子，机械自动化或电气工程。
                                                 
Experience 经验
Minimum 3 years of electronic product design experience, candidates with motor control software development is a plus. Proficiency in multiple programming languages including but not limited to C#, C++, VB.NET, VBA. 三年以上工作经验，熟悉电机控制软件者更好；熟悉C#,C++,VB或VBA.
                                             
Good understanding of electronic hardware schematic and application of controller in embedded system. 对嵌入式系统有很好的理解。
Have in-depth knowledge of writing PC Windows software with device driver to control test equipment such as oscilloscope, multimeter, power analyzer, programmable AC power source, dyne and data logger. 熟悉通过PC控制各种测试设备，比如示波器，万用表，功率分析仪，可编程电源等。
Have good knowledge and experience with GPIB, USB, RS485 communication.收悉GPIB，USB,RS485等通讯格式。
Be an independent and a self-starter, able to work in a multi-functional team culture, handling multiple projects concurrently. 很强的主动性，能与不同的团队进行有效沟通。
