? Manage all HR operations in NORMA China (organization, HR system, talent management, training, Compensation and Benefit, and Employee Relations).
全面负责公司人事工作包括组织结构,人力资源体系,人才管理,培训,薪酬和员工关系等。
? Proactively propose for improvement of recruitment process efficiency and identification of right talent in appropriate timeline.
确保招聘流程及时有效的甄选出合适的人选。
? Establish the HR policies and processes in line with the corporate policies and processes, and ensure
compliance with local labor law and regulations.
建立符合公司制度的人事政策和流程,并确保符合国家和地方的法律法规。
? Process accurate payroll and make timely registration to bank and local social benefit system to meet defined salary delivery date and the individual income tax reporting. Explain to employees the benefit policies on routine matters.
及时完成新员工社保登记和银行卡的办理,确保工资的正确发放和个税的准时缴纳。并且能够向员工解释公司的福利政策
? Ensures implementation of PMP performance management system to improve and enhance employee’s contribution and create a performance driven culture.
实施PMP绩效管理体系以改进和提高员工的表现并创造以追求卓越表现为导向的文化。
? Advises employees and managers on application of group and local HR guidelines, policies, processes, practices and programs.
为员工和部门经理讲解和咨询集团和公司的人事制度和流程等。
? Ensures implementation of equitable and competitive compensation and benefits strategies for the local organizations, in line with regional/group Human Resource policies and guidelines, to attract, motivate and retain skilled staff.
在符合区域/集团的人事政策和规定的条件下,确保实施公平并且有竞争力的薪酬体系以吸引、激励和留住人才。
? Responsible for develop and implement training plan
负责制订和实施培训计划。
? Responsible for employee communication, ESS, and ensure the participant rate reach the group requirement and work out the improvement action plan against the result.
负责与员工的沟通交流和员工满意度调查,确保员工的参与率达到集团要求,并且调查结果制定改善计划。
? Manage the day-to-day operations of a variety of office services to ensure that the company's current and future administrative needs are met efficiently, reliably, and economically. These activities may include: office supplies, equipment, and inventory; administrative assistance; hotel and transportation arrangement; mail; record management; cleaning, canteen,security, maintenance services etc.
负责公司日常行政事务,确保提供高效,可靠和经济的行政服务。工作包括:办公用品,办公设备和库存;行政服务;酒店和交通安排;快递;档案管理;保洁,食堂,保安,以及办公设施的维护等。
? Responsible for identification, measurement, management, reporting and monitoring all risks in HR unit. And support implementing the action plans for managing risk.
负责识别,衡量,管理,汇报和监控部门风险。并且为管理风险支持实施改善计划
? As the local compliance officer to ensure the implementation of Compliance program. And monitor or deliver regular training to ensure staff awareness of compliance (conduct of code, conflict of interest, anti-corruption).
作为本地的合规官,确保合规程序的实施。监督并实施定期培训以确保员工明白合规内容(行为准则,利益冲突,反对腐败)。
? Follow up HR KPI and support to implement action plans.
跟踪人力资源的目标指标并且实施改善计划。
? Support to implementation of OHSAS18001 and ISO14001 management system.
支持OHSAS18001和ISO14001管理体系的实施。

Education and/or Experience:
教育背景/工作经历:
? Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration, related field or equivalent experience.
? Minimum 5 years HR experience in multinational manufacturing environment with 2-3 years in management role.
? Knowledge in rewards and performance management are required
? Problem solving/resolution, planning, and organizational skills
? Understanding of improving working conditions for workers/ Corporate Social Responsibility
? Well versed in China Employment Laws and understanding of TS16949, OHSAS18001 and ISO14001
? Some traveling will be required (<20%).

? Excellent customer orientation and be able to work under pressure
? Meticulous, pro-active, methodical and process oriented
