职位描述：
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
?Degree or Diploma in mechanical/production engineering
?More than 10 years of excellent molding design, process and trouble shooting.
?Hand on skill and familiar with SIM and 5 Step Molding process.
?Insert molding process (press, tooling, strip feed, camera)
?Excellent processing of LCP materials will be the plus.
?Excellent mold and molding machine facilities problem solving technique
?Strong in molding machine trouble shooting, hot runner connection, fixture for molding process.
?Operation quality control process.
?Good knowledge of mold making process.
?Good Mold flow analysis and excellent mold design capability.
?Good product drawing, FAI and CPK study capability.
?Planning skill and proactive delivery with good execution.
?Effective in letter and report writing
?Able to prepare and present Technical knowledge in group setting
?Understand how to conduct a capability analysis and able to interpret results

JOB DUTIES
?Establish Mold design, DFM, PFMEA, Molding process and Conditioning Standards and Rules
?Design, conditioning and debugging of new tools to meet first article and CPK qualification target so as to facilitate new program start up.
?Good alignment Mold design peer review with MDE global team and cross function.
?Provide technical advise to enhance future product design through Mold engineering evaluation
?Liaise with the quality assurance division to maintain a high standard of quality product from newly developed tool.
?Enhance and fix optimize molding process (best cycle time, best yield and lest material) for production with proper document control. 举报 分享
