职位描述：
1、 生产工艺：负责胶料混炼的正常进行、制定胶料放行标准、原材料采购标准和其它原材料相关问题的解决，负责产品材料支持（包括纱线和化学品）。
Processing：Responsible for maintaining plant compound mixing, compound releasing spec, raw material purchasing spec and other raw material related issues, product material support ( including textile and chemical material).
2、 研发：开发新材料，新配方和新产品。
Research and Development ：Develop new materials, new compounds and products.

工作职责和范围 Principal Duties and Responsibilities：

1、 新配方、新材料和新产品研发。
New compound, material and product research and development.
2、 保持工厂胶料混炼工艺和纱线编织工艺的顺利运行。
Maintain plant compound mixing and textile material processing.
3、 制定和维护工厂密炼工艺标准、原材料采购标准和其它材料技术文件。
Maintain plant mixing process spec, raw material purchasing spec. and other material technical documentation system
4、 建立和维护胶料和纱线材料放行标准。
Establish and maintain compound and textile material releasing spec
5、 处理异常材料，控制胶料废品率。
Disposition nonconformance materials and control compound waste
6、 通过开发新材料来源和材料替代降低原材料成本。
Cost reduction on raw material by substitution and developing new raw material sources
7、 商务报价中提供配方支持。
Provide and verify material information on new business quotation

入职条件 Normal Minimum Position Requirements：
1、教育/培训经历：高分子/化学/材料/化工专业硕士或更高学位。
Education/Training Experience：Master or higher degree on “Polymer/Chemistry, Material/Chemical Engineering” could be considered.
2、工作经验：硕士期间具有高分子材料/工艺研发经验。
Working Experience：Polymer Material/Processing development experience at master thesis period.
3、专业知识：高分子科学与工程专业知识。
Specialty Knowledge: Polymer Material Engineering and Science.
4、能力：具有团队精神，能够在基层工作，很强的个人能力，有责任心。
Ability: Able to work as a team player, willing to work on the floor, has strong personality,
willing to take responsibility.
5、其它：需要每周7天，每天24小时准备随时为生产提供支持，具备数据库知识。
