KEY RESULT AREAS
1. Check and make sure the quality and amount of the receiving goods are definitely accord with the requirements of the comfirming purchasing order.
2. The finishing package must be met the standard of packing.
3. Record the information of any accidence of stocked items timely and accurately.
4. Submit the reports of inventory balance, varance and related statements to related associated.
5. Make sure the stocked goods are not exceed the quality guarantee period, and updated the information of these goods timely.
6. Support the regular and irregular inventorty checking.
7. Filing all documents regard to DO and PO.
PERFORMANCE EVALUATION CRITERIA
1. Check and make sure the aquality and amount of the receiving goods are definitely accord with the requirments of the confirming purchasing order.
2. Record the information of any accidence of stocked items timely and accuracy.
3. Submit the reports of inventory balance,varance and related statemts to related associated.
4. Packing and deliver service.
5. Improvement on overall performance, skills and attitudes;
6. Willingness and possess ability to offer support to the other department/colleagues in the area of coordination;
7. Possess self-commitment in the area in charge and to the company as a whole;
