主要职责：

• 组织制定集团项目管理的安全、环境、健康管理制度和各类应急预案。
• 组织培训和演练，对项目安全、环境、健康工作进行监督和改进。
• 对专项安全和直接作业环节进行现场安全环保监督管理。
• 编制满足集团及符合国家相关标准的环境、安全、健康的培训课程并完成相关培训。
• 贯彻执行集团环境、职业健康、安全的管理目标。
• 巡视各个工地，对总包、分包及专业分包的现场环境、安全、健康管理体系进行评核并向直属主管汇报。
• 审核监理单位的管理及监管能力，对监理人员的监管水平进行评核并向直属主管汇报。

职位要求：

• 教育程度：本科或以上、中级以上专业职称
• 主修科目：工业与民用建筑及其相关专业
• 工作年资：八年以上现场施工管理经验

· 工作经验：五年以上一级施工企业安全主管工作经历，及三年以上大型房地产企业类似工作经历或甲级监理企业总监代表工作经历

· 专业技能：熟悉国际及国内相关环境、安全、健康的管理标准；具有灵活处理问题的专业能力；具有相关国家认证及英语良好者优先。

· 个人性格：个性诚实稳重、细致，原则性强，责任心强，条理性好
