职位描述：
Responsibility & Routine:
1. Responsible to compile and improve the documentation and procedures of quality system ISO9001/ environmental system ISO14001/ automotive standard IATF16949 and production safety certification for compliance(CCC、UL、CSA、VDE、CE).
2. Familiar with the laws and regulation related to the system and product safety and follow up their updating; immediately communicate with the company internally about the latest change and requirement.
3. Organize and implement the certification task and make the good preparation for external audits.
4. Handle the internal audit for the system management and monitor the system management for effectiveness and efficiency
5. Communicate and cooperate with the external parties or government as external contact to guarantee the completion and implementation.
6. Training the staffs about the basic knowledge of the quality system/ environmental system/ production safety certification
7. Other instructed duties can be completed on time and exactly.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree or above in mechanical or electrical Engineering or equivalent; familiar with the electrics technical principle and know about the electrics components and relevant knowledge.
2. At least 2 years relevant experience for quality and environmental management system, familiar with the requirement of ISO9001, ISO14001 and IATF16949 automotive standards.
3. At least 2 years relevant experience for product safety certification; familiar with CCC、UL、CSA、VDE、CE product safety certification standards; familiar with the safety test methods; know about the national and international certification process and have the experience of the corrective action during product safety certification.
4. Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English.
5. Good skill in computer operation such as word, excel and powerpoint.
6. Responsible, willing to learn, endure the pressure
