1. Check / perform spot audit checks on the qualification of ingredients and packaging
？ In the vender vendor list or not, COA
？ TPM site test report
2. Engaging in the whole processing progress, check from a QA perspective
？ Check use the right ingredients and packaging ; Check CCPs, rework, CIP, labelling etc. key concern steps
？ Check the corresponding test report and operations record which TPM site need open to Fonterra ; Any finding on food safety systems
3. Need to attend TPM site technical and quality meeting on our contracted Product
4. Need write monthly report back to team including all the key information, highlights, concerns/risks
5. Supply the entire requirement from Contracted company QA team (like monthly report, Trend chart…)
6. Need to perform regular checks of the COA and will also regularly audit the testing and sampling process before product being released
7. On-site overall coordination. The scope should not be limited in quality area only. It needs to cover other areas such as supply chain coordination, sales team interface…etc.
8. Material ordering and management
8.9. Escalate any Food safety and Quality concern to the TPM and Fonterra
Leadership Capability:
? Provide frameworks and training where appropriate to ensure staff at all levels have the skills/knowledge and capability to impact on business objectives and safety drivers and can link the impact of their decision making to the businesses bottom line.
? Develop direct reports leadership skills and their understanding of lean manufacturing concepts to enable them to effectively lead Operational Excellence in their business units.
Quality:
? Demonstrate and promote a proactive commitment to product safety and compliance by ensuring all laws, policies and procedures relating to site operations are abided by.
? Responsibility for ensuring Non Compliancet Reports (NCRs), AAR, and IR corrective actions are completed and actions implemented within agreed timeframes.
? Ultimate responsibility for reporting potential food safety exceptions along with routine reporting.
? Ensure compliance to and maintenance of the Risk Management Plan (RMP) and all elements of this including; pest, pathogen, heat treatment, water management & CCPs.
? Compliance to and maintenance of an effective approved HACCP plan, including annual reviews of RMP & HACCP quality manuals. Ensure all CCPs are managed accordingly.
? Ensure compliance with food safety legislation. Where nominated as the RMP Operator, ensures the RMP is fully implemented in compliance with the APA and the Animal Products (Dairy) Regulations.
? Ensure compliance with all laws and group policies relating to the operations of sites within your control. This includes liaising closely with Technical teams across Fonterra to ensure all legislative requirements are complied with, including Milk Quality, Environmental auditing, and Road Transport Authority requirements are met.
? Ensure all procedures and systems are maintained in accordance with ISO standards.
? Ensure product is manufactured right first time and all downgrades are eliminated to root cause.
? Ensure all downgrade costs are known and greater understanding of supply chain impact and complaints are reduced with visible management and problem solving practices.
Sustainability:
? Proactively encourage and develop sustainable environmentally sound solutions that contribute to less waste and fully comply with all environmental standards.
? Demonstrate and promote a commitment to environmentally sustainable practices in line with Fonterra policy wherever possible.
? Monitor and benchmark processes and improvements against NZ Operations. This includes working in conjunction within the wider NZ Operations business unit in order to identify improvement processes and opportunities across the site.
