职位描述：

Main Objectives:

Performing data entry, invoice and documents checking before payment with high responsibility, as well as internal/external communications

Job Description:

Mainly be responsible for the account payables, bookkeeping, invoice and documents checking in compliance with local regulations and Group policy.

1. To prepare AP aging analysis report according to Group Guideline;

2. To control the payment risk by checking the invoices with Purchasing Order and GRN;

3. To ensure correct accounting entries in accordance with both CAS and IAS;

4. To check the internal/external payment documents to ensure the sufficient supporting evidence are in line with internal control rules and statutory regulations especially the taxations and foreign exchange;

5. To communicate with suppliers and ensure the legal and correct process for AP reconciliation, rejections etc.

6. To communicate with corresponding departments, coordinators timely and actively;

7. To handle the process of overseas payment correctly and legally;

8. To assist the inventory and costing issues if needed;

8. To continuously improve the AP process such as optimizing the reimbursement system for business need, as well as improving internal control procedures.

Key Competency Requirement:

-Familiar with CAS and knowledge of IAS.

-Demonstrates a logical and systematic thinking.

-Fluency in both written & spoken English

-Able to support a positive work environment and teamwork

-Good communication skills

-Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Education:

-Bachelor degree of Financial Accounting

-Familiarity with SAP (preferred)

Professional experience:

-Minimum 3 years of working experience in a manufacturing company. (A multinational manufacturing company is preferred).
