职位描述：
1. Monitor and optimize current manufacturing processes by improved process design
    通过改进工艺流程设计监控和优化现有生产流程
2. Identify and implement improvements in manufacturing, engineering and maintenance operations
    识别并实施生产、工艺和维修工作的改进
3. Consistently apply FMEAs, risk analysis and timely engineering tests in order to minimize the development risk
    持续应用FMEA、风险分析和及时的工艺测试以降低开发风险
4. Develop and maintain work instructions and training materials
    开发和维护作业指导和培训材料
5. Support purchasing manufacturing equipment, tooling and production facilities
    支持采购工艺设备,工具和生产设备
6. Support capacity planning
    支持产量计划
7. Sustain the process development incl. machine, machine tools, documents and so on in terms of project development
    维持项目开发中的过程开发，包括设备、工装、文件等
8. Support supplier process development and improvement
    支持供应商过程开发及改进
9. Be able to design fixtures, tools etc. (can design the solutions independently)
    能设计工装、工具等（能独立设计解决方案）
10. Other tasks assigned by GM
    总经理安排的其他工作
任职要求：
1. BSME, BSEE degree and above in relevant fields
    机械工程学、电子工程学本科以上学历
2. Minimum 5 years working experience in manufacturing environment; 2 years experiences in a manufacturing engineering managing role
    5年以上生产企业工作经验；2年以上生产工艺管理经验；
3. Skilled in lean production
    熟悉精益生产
4. Good analytical skills
    良好的分析能力
5. Fluent in both written and spoken English
    熟练的英文书面及口头表达能力
6. Ideally experience with FMEA and CAD Software
