岗位职责:

Purpose of the Position

Independently or as a part of a team, create, deliver and evaluate effective L&D courses, programs and support services that target established corporate goals and strategies. Create programs that prepare employees to perform current and future jobs requiring more complex knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Work with internal & external content experts to select, design, develop, implement and revise a variety of activities and materials for L&D courses, programs, products and support services.
2. Facilitate L&D courses, programs and support services to help employees maintain and improve their job knowledge and skills. Select, assign and prepare non-L&D facilitators to deliver quality learning solutions as needed.
3. Using a variety of methods, conduct needs assessment activities to establish learning objectives, establish evaluation strategies, and design components of L&D courses, programs and support services that address business needs.
4. Collect, analyze and report learning quality and efficiency data; identify and implement recommendations for continuous improvement.

任职资格:

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Minimum 1 year work experience, training-related experience strongly preferred.
3. Good English skills both in written and verbal.
4. Strong learning ability and self-study spirit.
5. Strong communication skills.
6. Good team player and open-minded.
7. Basic instructional design and facilitation skills preferred.
