Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivery of IT services for all sites in China
- Diagnose hardware and software faults locally and remotely (desktops, laptops, printers etc...) and implement solutions
- Administer help desk software utilizing our incident ticket system and distribute incidents to appropriate resources throughout the global IT team
- Create and maintain all IT policies and procedures in Chinese based on global templates
- Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems and applications
- Provide 1st and 2nd level end user support
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Strategic and operative coordination with the global IT team
- Provide user training in Chinese and English
Requirements
This position requires a technological leader who can think strategically and critically about current and future technology goals BS or higher in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of IT experience, preferably in an international company
- Hands-on knowledge of:
^ Microsoft Office 365 & Understanding of Cloud Computing Concept
^ Understanding Windows AD / DHCP / DNS ect...
^ Switches & Routers
^ WLAN & VPN
^ Cabling & Wiring
^ Respect users satisfactory and feedbac
^ Understand ITIL Theory and Standard
- High-attention-to-detail, flexibility, follow-through and organizational skills
- Ability to work quickly and effectively with multiple priorities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and English
- Passion for clean air
